Novus HQ held an employee blood drive on May 24. With a total of 19 units collected, these units will ultimately save up to 57 lives.

Job Openings

The Compensation Specialist has accountability for managing domestic and international compensation programs for Novus. Under general direction, takes the lead in planning, organizing, implementing, administering and analyzing compensation programs for all World Areas. Builds strategic relationships with internal customers to deliver budgets, accruals, forecasting and analyzing salary and incentive data providing measurable metrics and analysis to sustain the Company’s vision.


  • Administers compensation programs including developing communication materials, designing and delivering training and providing support to Managers and Supervisors.
  • Collaborates with senior leaders and other internal customers by providing compensation expertise and ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Leads market pricing initiatives, analyzes competitive market data and assures competitive market positions. Reviews internal equity and prepares proposals to management on salary adjustments.
  • Manages the participation in published compensation surveys throughout the year. Analyzes survey output, market trends and industry competitive pay.
  • Analyzes large sets of data to convey findings to senior leadership
  • Provides global monthly headcount reports and global people metric analysis.
  • New Hires, transfers, compensation, bonus programs
  • Works directly with domestic and global HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to administer annual incentive programs including long term, short term and sales incentive programs
  • Researches global trends for annual merit increases including inflationary measures, currency fluctuations and general economic conditions in countries where Novus operates and prepares detailed analysis with corresponding recommendations for Executive Leadership.
  • Manages and directs the annual merit salary planning process for 800 employees in 38 countries.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must have 5-7 years of directly correlated experience in the areas called out above with direct expertise in managing a global compensation environment
  • Must have a BA degree in related field; prefer CCP designation
  • Exhibit strength and interest in analyzing data with the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive compelling business decisions
  • Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills to include pivot tables
  • Experience using an HRIS platform for the administration and day-to-day analytics
  • Strength in working collaboratively with subject matter experts across Finance, HR, Sales Operations and Sales Leadership.
  • Able to effectively work with finance staff in the development of corporate accruals for current and future budgets.
