The Company engages with multiple global and regional organizations, such as the United Way, to which Novus employees contributed over $100,000 USD in 2015. More than 90 cents of every dollar contributed to the United Way’s Annual Giving Campaign goes to services that help people in need.

Novus makes an active effort to maintain employee training and development, both internally and through external organizations. In 2015, Novus employees spent over 9,000 hours training in both the Novus Management System and Global Sales and Product Training, nearly doubling training efforts from 2014.
